Turkey Gizzards & Enhancing

2 questions.

Has anyone ever seen just turkey gizzards for sale?

Hubby asked me a question about enhancing: If meat is enhanced, are the organs enhanced as well?

Just saw Oma's Pride sells gizzards. Has anyone ever found them locally? Would love to walk into the store and see them packaged like chicken gizzards!

Once, during Thanksgiving. I bought something like 3 pounds of them. Haven't seen them packaged individually since.
I can get them with a turkey neck, heart, and liver on a regular basis though. One of the stores I buy from sells those items together for pretty cheap.

I have no idea about the enhancing.

I can only find chicken gizzards..

Only turkey gizzards came from Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys.

The butcher near me did sell a pack of either turkey wings or necks and each came with a bit of liver gizzard and maybe a heart.. I bought bunch when they had buy one get one free sale, but the dogs ate all the turkey gizzards. :

Hare today might have it? Maybe ask a butcher or farmer if they could sell you any?

Not sure on enhancing part.

When I'm feeling better I'll be asking around about turkey gizzards.

I told hubby I didn't think they enhance anything but the meat but have had a hard time finding the info using my fuzzy brain!
