What kind of owner could let their dog get to this stage?

Taco I do understand that some have an underlying condition, but in the case of the rottie I think that should be considered abuse. People are telling her the dog is fat and is going to die and she isn't listening. At least the other people on the show realize their problem. Also the cat is an example of a kinda underlying condition! I really felt bad for those owners, especially because they were judged by so many people.

Taco, I absolutely believe that people who cannot care for their pets should not have them. If a person is financially unable to feed a dog, then that person should not have a dog. It doesn't matter how nice they are, or lonely. If an old man is grossly negligent of the physical requirements of his dog, then he should consider adopting a cat.

P.S. I don't know what country you hail from, but here in the ol' U.S. of A. we don't take care of our elderly. There's no way he could pay to have his dog walked. big grin smile frown cry
