For the past few days, pork ribs, ox tail, and elk was on the menu. Since Thursday, we've been feeding pork ribs every day, along with an alternation between ox tail and elk. We have two days left before I need to start preparing next week's meal.
There were no organs this week because I'd fed the entire two week's worth before last Thursday.

OSTRICH! With a side of lamb grind. Happy dogs tonight - ostrich will definitely go down as one of their favorites! Cats had a few chunks, too - a hit all around. Too bad it's so expensive at the only place I've been able to find it. frown
