	Hmm then I would definitely ask the HS since they are the ones that implanted the chip and said the registration is included. Have them specify whether that's the first year or annual registration and what, if anything, should YOU do next. Then you can know for your peace of mind. It is confusing to many people that after the initial implantation, there's still more $ and steps involved to ensure you are getting the benefits you expect to get from having a chipped pup.
