|As others have said, I would definitely not do any jogging with a pup that young. I would wait until at least a year before you do any leashed jogging/running. With large breeds, it's often best to wait until 18-24 months before doing any long distance running.
I agree with Toto that at eight weeks, bonding through fun, easy activities is the way to go. Which isn't to say you can't be training, but I wouldn't be doing anything that requires corrections of any kind. Training at this stage should be short, fun, and upbeat, with lots of praise/treats. Focus will come with age, and you can gradually increase the length of training sessions.
For walks, if you can take her somewhere she can safely be off lead, I feel that's the best exercise for a young puppy. They can go at their own pace and explore the world around them, which is critical at her age. When you do use the leash, you want it to be a completely positive experience, as other posters have described. She's not refusing to obey, she just doesn't understand what you want yet.
