	Want a free painting of your pup done by Kathryn Beals? If so, enter this contest! You see, I had a picture painted of Sabrina about a year ago by Kathryn Beals (some of you have probably seen it on my page, and I'm making it my primary pic in a minute!). Kathryn wanted to add a section on her page about how to take and how not to take pictures for paintings and she looked at a lot of good (and not so good) pictures of Sabrina when I was trying to decide which one to have her paint. So she knew how hard it is to capture Sabrina's coloring in a picture and decided Sabrina would be perfect on her demonstration page of how pictures should and should not look in order to have them painted. So she contacted me and said she'd give me another painting of Sabrina if I let her put bad pictures of Sabrina up on her website. Well, how could I refuse? I did tell her she had to put a couple of good ones up, too, though! So anyway, the pictures are up on her website and I have this gift certificate for a painting... and I thought about all my good dogster friends who don't have any paintings of their pups and I already have one. So I decided to have a contest! Here's the deal... tag a picture that you want turned into a portrait "portrait contest 06" before July 4th. On the 4th (since I have work off) I'll spend as long as I have to looking at the pictures and deciding which one to choose. Make sure the picture is appropriate to be turned into a painting by looking at the page starring Sabrina about how to pick a picture here! I'll pick the picture I think would look the best turned into a painting. Good luck and please only enter one picture per pup maximum! But if you have 5 pups in your family, you should enter 5 pictures-- one per pup! Oh, and the portrait is 16 x 20, which would normally cost $276 including shipping! Edit: Pups with more than one picture in the contest on July 4th will be disqualified There are just too many pictures if everyone submits more than one! Thanks!
