I am getting my new puppy on sat. we have to make a 3 hour drive with her How can i keep her happy in the car and not be so scared of us? Should we take a blanket it to the breeders house with us so we can get a scent of the mommy and her brothers on it?

that wouldn't be a bad idea.. but honestly.. I don't think many of them need it.. If you are transporting in a cage just make sure it's comfy.. don't try to force interaction right away... (as this is the schnauzer area.. I'm assuming that's what this puppy is for the rest)
Schnauzers take a little warming up to a person.. then they pick "their" person.. During the ride just let the dog chill out.. make sure the radio isn't too loud.. try to make it a bit quiet...

Once home.. the easiest thing to do bonding wise is start by letting the dog come to you.. (small treats speed this along.. if it will take them from you) From my experience they feel less stressed about siblings not being there, and more stressed about being alone.. so just try to make sure there is someone there with the dog at all times for the first few weeks at least.. (once again not forcing interaction.. just being there to accept it)

Sorry I can not help with advise since I adopted Tweeker as an older adult and Max was 10 mths old when we adopted him. I just wanted to welcome you to the schnauzer family. Once we adopted Tweeker we were hooked and I can't imagine having any thing other then a schnauzer in our family.
Schanuzers are very smart dogs, so as your pup gets older make sure you train them, teach them tricks, and stimulate thier minds with interactive toys because a board schauzer is a distructive schnauzer.
