We recently adopted a 6 year old mastiff mix. We have found that she will not go on the furniture when we are present, but at night while we are sleeping she climbs up on the couch or chair and sleeps.

We would like to keep her off the furniture. Does anyone have any suggestions as to effective ways to teach her the boundaries that we would like her to know pertaining to this?
