we've had lentils with our meals the last few days & loved them!! we had no gas & our poops were perfect. mommy plans on adding red beans to our dinner tonight.

Meeko. We read that one of the oldest dog in the world is a vegan that eats rice, lentils and vegetable every day of his life because his owner is a vegan. Must be OK. way to go

we eat chicken too however, mommy is looking to boost our protein intake. mommy read about the vegetarian dog too & would love to do the same (both our parents are vegeatrian). however, mommy has read conflicting info re: vegetarian dogs so she would rather be safe then sorry.shrug

wow, i sure am surprised to hear that beans are good for us dogs.
i would have thought the 'swell' factor would be inappropriate for our digestive systems.
