Pearl my puppy is 6 weeks old and I want to give her treats but I don't know what would be safe to give her. Does anyone know?

6 weeks old? Wow! That's super young!shock

Stay away from treats for a bit, just give yr pup some of the regular food as treats too. Their tummies are so sensitive and still have ways to go in terms of development, you don't want to mess around with it. If you wait a couple of months first (to lets say, 4 months old) then there are lots of healthy treats you can get. Look for natural, no preservatives or additives, meat based treats. If you do homemade, some fruits, a cube of cheese here and there, pieces of cooked meat. but again, wait! Really! don't complicate things with too many ingredients right now.

Yeah, 6 weeks is still pretty young. I wasn't supposed to get any until 11 weeks, but I learned how to dart under the big dogs for crumbs! Now that my digestive system is under control my person makes special homemade biscuits for us. No sugar or salt, only good natural stuff like liver, salmon, veggies, fruit. Yummy. snoopy
