If I were you, I'd switch to the CalNat chicken/rice puppy formula. Way more appropriate for a LBP/GBP. Plus who knows- maybe the very high protein content has been what's throwing him off. As a general rule I believe more protein = better, bet every dog is different. It could be that he just can't handle it.

My guys never did well on Cal Nat, we put Tanuk on that as a pup too, but he had loose stools. Dunno why. Though as a rule the Nordic breeds seem to do better with lower protein levels, not sure about Saints. |  |  |  |  |
