I was at a small petstore today that i really like looking at foods and the people there kept saying good things about this food. I got the duck and potato small sample sized bag to try to see if the dogs like it. How is this food? I hadnt really heard of it before.

I really like it. My GSD has a really sensitive stomach so I was nervous about trying anything with grain in it, but so far it hasn't caused a problem. Right now I'm doing half pinnacle and half grain free canidae and he's doing really well. He also really loves the taste, I think even more than the grain-free kibble.

I only bought a small bag, hoping it would be ok for my "allergic-to-everything dog." I ended up not using it for him, but I personally think that it's a pretty good food, and probably good for dogs with sensitive stomachs. I think it would be more popular if it were more widely available. (I don't see it in many stores.) Anyway, both my dogs ate it willingly - although that's not really saying much, since they will eat just about anything!

its good food especially for dogs with allergies, the only thing I had an issue with , I'm not sure whether it was the particular formula or just my dog, was that I had to express Unos glands like 4 times in 7 weeks he was on this food. Probably because they dont use artificial stool hardeners.
