They've been eating Nature's Logic for a week today. Dinner is anywhere from 5-7 pm, but they don't have to poop until anywhere from 1-3 a.m.!!!! They go out before we go to bed, anywhere between 10-12 pm, but they ususally only pee. Is it something to do with the food?

Thanks! wave

Hi, hug Sorry we can't help, we always wake our person to go out in the middle of the night. She dreams of a doggie door in the new house.

Just wanted to let you know you are not alone and offer support.way to go

Is there anyway you could feed them before 5-7 pm? It sounds like that is how long it takes for their digestion to, uh, complete laugh out loud shrug I'm wondering if an earlier meal will keep you all sleeping through the night. blue dog

At least they are waking you up! I've stopped feeding by 2 or 3 p.m. for the same reasons.

I'd either feed them earlier or feed them later. Like right before bedtime.

Whose bed?? Why- would YOU think- that?

I feed mine at bedtime to keep them from wrestling with full stomachs. Lily and Moira are more active in the house in the evening. They never get up in the night.

Max eats around 6:30-7 so he can go through the night. I would switch to a later time for dinner.

Huh. Never had this problem. Unless one of the dogs was sick, they never woke us up. Though if they started to make it a habit I might try to exercise the poo out of them earlier or maybe just teach them to hold it. thinking Definitely wouldn't want them to think 2am was an okay wake up time! shock Tanuk digests things really fast it seems, instead of waking up to poo he wakes us up vomiting bile. Even with midday and before bed snacks sometimes.
