ummm How do you figure out how much your dog should weigh?

We got Buddha from the pound and he was 13 lbs when we got him he is now closer to 70lbs he is not even a year old yet (He will be in Feb) I keep trying to guess what he is but .I am not sure so umm is there like some measurements I should be going by or somethingshrug

No telling really. If he's active, I'd go with about 1875 calories per day (for right now).

Or...if he's a good weight right now just figure out how many calories he's currently eating and use that number to compare different foods.
