How come LIfe's Abundance isn't listed? I know it has 441 kcal/cup, but not per pound. But a 40-pound bag is still much cheaper at $60 because of the amount of food you have to feed is much less than store-bought brands.

I use Life's Abundance because it has no corn, wheat or soy and has no dyes or preservatives (which is why you can't find it on store shelves). I order it through my local Humane Society (www.adoptme.org) and a percentage of the proceeds go back to the no-kill shelter. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that it ships to my door however often I want it to. Better value than some of the other pricier brands because 1 cup of LA = 441 kilocals/cup where most other brands run 300-350. So I can feed less and worry less about bloat in my active GSP and ACD.
