I've been on Orijen for the past month and I am doing pawesome on it! I poop less on Orijen than I did on any other food I was on and my coat is still beautifully shiny and soft! It seems pretty rich, though, and mommy heard that a lot of people feed their dogs less than the guidelines on the bag so I think we will reduce my intake soon since I seem to have gotten a bit chubbier(not good since I am supposed to lose 3 lbs per my vets advice). Otherwise, I looove this stuff! I practically inhale the food. party We're waiting oh so patiently for the new Ocean 6 Fresh Fish(I think that is what is is called?) to arrive in stores here on the West Coast. We heard from some stores that the shipments are being delayed! cry

Mama found Orijen at a 'fancy dancy' dog 'boutique' that cost less than what she'd have to pay ordering online (due to shipping).
Their new formuala (fish etc.) is out and was available their too.
The switch just started Saturday night and already Irie and I are picking out the Orijen and leaving the Nutro Max we were on before.
Point? Doggies adjust differently and should give you the clue when they tolerate/prefer it. It is pricey but similar to Innova Evo and lower cost.
Anyone want an almost whole back of Nutro Max? laugh out loud

GREAT NEWS! Orijen came out with6 fish flavour, no chicken whatsoever. We switched right away, no trial period, no introduction. Her coat is even softer and shinier, then it was before. I pesuaded a friend of mine to switch to, now his bold patches and ear dryness is gone, he does not lick his paws anymore!

Orijen started being sold in Spain a couple of months ago and we switched Lucas right away! He really likes it. We are still feeding a little bit of his Royal Canin Miniature Schnauzer, but we think we are going to stick to this food forever! We need to reduce the quantity a little though as he is gaining a little bit of weight!

We are so glad the ingredients are wholesome! It is also rated 6 stars at dogfoodanalysis.com

Check it out!

There is still no stores here in So. California that carries Orijen. After Kuma is done with his CORE and NV Instincts, I might order Orijen from www.k9cuisine.com since it's free shipping with minimum of $50 order. I'm sure I can find $50 worth of stuff there. I'm really curious about this product. It sounds really, really yummy.

My sis, Luna, and I started eating Orijen Adult after the pet food recall. So far, we seem to like it and we've not had any issues with it. I'm guessing it's one of the better pet foods out there. Of course, nothing is ever as fresh as mom making the food, but getting the proper vitamin/mineral balance is tricky and it takes a lot of time mom says.
