I can't wait to see the new proteins to come! Taco still loves it. He never hesitate to wolf down all the food he have in his bowl and he even ask for more! My other dog Molly is onto it as well and I have even put my cats on it since I had found the food so good!
I'm all about it!!!

Hi Guys,

The Orijen food looks interesting, but have a question. I know normal introduction of new food is 7-10 days. How long did it take for you guys to adjust to it? I have a very sensitive tummy and have the runs on occasion which is stress related (vet says I check out just fine otherwise). I'm currently eating California Natural Lamb & Rice mixed with Science Diet I/D (for my tummy), but it's not enough protein for a big guy like me.

Thanks!

It took Delta's tummy a month to get fully used to her grain free dog food. Delta has a very sensitive stomach and I gave her science diet I/D when she had serious tummy problems, but I took her off of it because I felt like it wasn't good for her. When her stomach adjusted to the new food and I had decided to stay with the brand she could eat and be just fine. Yogurt and acidophilus+ are good for stomach problems in dogs

My mommy feeds me Orijen and I just love it. I have more energy and am so much more happy. My mom also said my breath smells better. If anyone is interested in ordering they can order it on http://www.only4pets.com. I know I am her "little princess" so she must trust the manufacture of the food. I highly recommend it to every mommy and daddy to buy for their babies!

Goliath,
Taco as sensitive tummy too. It took me many food before I found this one. It took about a week of a bit loose stools for him to get used to it and beleive me he likes it! He even licks Molly's bowl to make she didn't left anything into it which he never did before. You can buy some powder with acidobiphidus or something like that to mix in the food. That help the transition. I know Eagle Pack do some of that powder.

Hi Taco,

Mom ordered a small bag for me and sister Lily to try. We're hoping Orijen comes out in a lamb formula for brother Luc (who is sensitive to chicken and fish).

Looking forward to trying it!

Orijen is coming out with a Fish based diet very soon. That's great news for all us fish lovers but not so great news for Goliath. snoopy

Boy, we love our Orijen, Yum-O!!!!!!!! And the cats really chow it down, amazing because they usually just pick at their kibble.
For those of you with sensitive tummys try adding some acidopohlis to their food to help with the good bacteria in their tummy. I use yogurt which works well.
I am impressed with Orijen's white paper, you can print it out and read the info, very well done.
