Seriously.....if you are talking about the "harness" with the 'strap' that you put over your shoulder like a pocketbook and carry doggie like a pocketbook...... check out... www.gwlittle.com They call them "puppy purses"..... they also have "slings" that you drape over your shoulder and doggie rides in the pouch..... www.partipoodlepetsupplies.com carries "slings" too...IF Mama remembers correctly.....and while "gwlittle" has a wider variety of carrying accessories.....partipoodlepetsupplies is cheaper if you find something there that you can use.....and they provide GREAT service !!! Altho Mama thinks the "puppy purses" are really really nifty.... she's concerned about the "pressure" on my chest area (lungs and heart) of being in a "puppy purse".....and altho she hasn't seriously considered getting one yet.....when/if she does...she'll take a picture of one to my vet and ask his opinion about how safe it would be being "held" in that manner for any length of time.... my posts | my page | msg me | gift me | become pals [notify]

Black-Bean 703966     Barked: Thu Mar 20, '08 10:38pm PST  I also have a baby sling(pics on page), I found them much cheaper then the dog version and they are the same thing. I think the only diff. is the dog ones have a clip for a harness so they don't jump out, but I have never had a problem. we have a karma baby brand, just sized same a for a baby and this one has a pocket in front for stuff witch I liked. it is super comfy. babys up to 35 pounds can ride in them so my 7 pound puppy is no problem Edited by author Thu Mar 20, '08 10:48pm PST my posts | my page | msg me | my family's posts | gift me | become pals [notify]

There are other types that keep the dog's legs inside the bag. You might want to consider a stroller. There are jogger 3 wheel types and others with detachable bags to carry.
