	Ollie is a one year old Springer. About a month ago he developed allergies and we started giving him 25 mg of Benadryl twice a day at the recommendation of our vet. Shortly after, he got two horrible ear infections that we have been fighting ever since. Does anyone know if there is a connection between allergies and ear infections? I am also wondering if anyone has suggestions on the best way to prevent/combat these? I hate seeing him suffer through the meds for the infections and the benadryl makes him so drowsy. Thanks!
