The man told the officer what the dogs would do and he refused to listen. Still, I think training the officers in how to deal with dogs is a good idea. Chico 647566     Barked: Thu Dec 6, '12 3:59am PST  I feel for the family must have been one hell of a traumatizing thing to go through, obviously this officer has some sadistic tendencies with his shoot first/ask questions later mentality. He should be discharged and charged with animal cruelty, but as with most cases he will most likely go on a paid vacation while this case gets investigated while the family of this dog goes to counseling. Angel Tuff Enuff!     Barked: Wed Jan 2, '13 7:55pm PST  This elderly lady once claimed my brother told his dog Scooby to "sic" her when he walking down the street - she even called the cops! When the cop pulled up Scooby stuck his head in the driver side window and proceeded to lick the cops face.
