Anyway, this time around, it was different... last season I wanted Artist to win, hands down (and then was thrilled when he did!). This time, I thought BOTH of the top two totally deserved it and they were both pretty awesome. Also it was so close that the winner was a total surprise. And I was double-glad that it was those two because I think they had the best attitudes out of everybody, as well.
I was sort of leaning towards rooting for Lisa, but when Huber won, that was great too.
What did everybody think this time around?

He is great at what he does, and seems to be able to show his emotion to the animals more. I mean, I know Lisa loves the animals, but she didn't show it so much, it had become just a job to her. Huber.. it is a job, but he loves it and the animals, and it totally showed.
And, while Lisa seemed to know way more about grooming than Huber, it was as I said, just because of all her experience. Huber has the drive to learn to be just as good, or better, than Lisa.
So, yay, Huber! | | | | |

And she respected Bill and Danielle as competitors, too, and made that clear.
And finally, that being the case, when Danielle and Cassandra were the two who were in danger of elimination, and she had the power to make a switch, she switched Huber for Danielle, because she was confident that Huber wouldn't be eliminated--thus ensuring that the final four included the four best groomers in the competition.
Both Huber and Danielle understood what she did. That's why the first thing Huber did when he returned to the Dog House was give her that big hug.
All four of the final four this year were both good groomers and good people. Last season, it was absolutely clear that Artist and Jasper had much better attitudes than any of the others, and that Jasper wasn't, as a groomer, at the same level as the others. This year, they were all people I'd have been happy to see win.
