	Ugh, my TV gets hooked up tomorrow...can't believe I am missing all these episodes! And Ed Stielstra is a really great guy He is Mr. April in the '09 Iditarod Calendar! I got to meet him and his wife in Nome this year, and am very glad to have had the chance to talk to him. They do have a really great blog on their website too!

	This is kind of off topic, but, anybody heard anything about Doug Swingley lately? I'll have to get on the Iditarod site and look up his race record. I didn't note him running last year. I knew his cornieas got frozen or something what in 2004? The show reminded me of him because I was sure if he'd run they would have got him on there.

	wired when i looked on my dvr it did not show it but i looked on line and it showed it as a new episode for friday so it is on friday than moves back to tues still think lance is hard on his dogs he may love them but look at the paws so sad

	We love to watch this show. We have DVR'd every episode. Such a tough race and the sled dogs are such good athlete's. Mom would love to see how they are trained...is it by voice commands only? She thinks they are amazing. Sorry, cant remember the mushers name, but we loved seeing him lay down and sleep in the middle of his dogs. You can tell the dogs are taken care of. But like in anything else, there are those who do not. And we are sure that responsible owners take what steps they can to change it. Why do some dogs were little boots and others don't? We thought it interesting the ratio of vets to human doctors.....the priority is with the dogs! Beautiful, breathtaking scenery and beautiful dogs.You can tell they love to do what they are doing.
