I never saw the preview of the book on Dogster. What is the book about? Isn't Koontz a scarey book writer?

If you watch the "ads" up the top of the sceen, sometimes the one for the book comes up, and that will link you to the author's site. Yes, normaly he is a very very eek skeeeerry writter, this one was not as skeeerry, a little bit about dog rescue, some evil bad guys, a little suspense (some humans die horrible deaths, but not as graphic as he usually is), and a little Hope.

The ending was a little bit of a let down. confused

I asked for this book for Christmas, but it's hard to wait for Christmas. I am a huge fan of Koontz, I actually have all his books!

And the fact that he chose to write another book with a dog as one of the main characters....makes me love him more!

I never even thought of asking for it fur Christmas! thinking gee, wonder why everyone says I am so hard to buy for... would that be because I get what I want as soon as I decide I want it? (the little things of course wink ) I would not have been able to wait the weeks til I got it. I finished it in less than 2 days (lots of interuptions)

I got it the first week it came out and wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be.

Worth reading, but not really my kind of book.

I agree with Chance, I read it in a very short time because I think I kept waiting for it to get better, it was ok, however, I am glad I got it at the Library instead of paying big money for it.
