 | |  | | I realize this post is old, but I wanted to add a couple things. One song not on here is "Sometimes I Don't Mind" by the Suicide Machines. This is a PG song, but is hilarious. I liked it when it came out in the late 90's before I ever had a dog and love it now that I know the joy of sharing my life with Lola. At first, it sounds like he is singing about a woman, but if you pay attention, it is obviously his four-legged love. Next, I wanted to add "Annie Dog" by the Smashing Pumpkins. "Annie Dog" is not actually about a dog, but Lola and I feel the Smashing Pumpkins should always be mentioned whenever possible, and if others included Floyd's "Dogs" and Led Zeppelin's "Black Dog", why not?
Finally, I wanted to know if anyone had any idea of the name of the artist(s) who perform the songs on the "Dog Tales" tv show? Those songs stay in your head forever and Lola and I love them. They are so corny, but loveable! Names of songs might include "You Are My Friend", "Lucky Dog" and "Bring a Doggie Home". If anyone knows the answer, I would love it if you could share and I would like to add them to the list! Thanks. |  |  | |  |
