Well people , you can blame the insurance companies ( the greedy cat owners ..ha ha ) , but its your tax dollars at work , what party runs your city / county or state ?? , here in Delaware , its democrats from top to bottom . So the day some politically correct jerk wants to ban your dog , you jump parties and pull the lever. The day Delaware bans english bulldogs , is the day mom & dad become owners of two fat gerbils on steroids and vote the bill's sponsor out ......

Here's just how irrational this can be. While walking Murphy at perfect heel on a loose leash in a resort town shopping area, a woman came around the corner of a building, gasped when she saw my GSD and ran into traffic, narrowly avoiding being hit by a car and nearly causing an accident. Murphy did not even notice the woman until she bolted into the street.

So because someone has an irrational fear of dogs or GSD's I'm supposed to not be allowed to have a GSD? Even a really well behaved one? Sheer madness!!!

Do you realize that saying.. " labs... why should anyone be afraid of them" or "Pugs. why should anyone be afraid of them"? That is falling into the stereotyping. ALL DOGS can bite if the right reason is there. Just because you may never have seen or heard about the " so called friendly dogs" not biteing don't mean they don't. This list means they have been banned or restricted because someone had a problem with them. Don't mean they should be any more guilty then the ones not on the list.
