That is sickening!They might as well ban poodles,chihuahuas and pomeranians!!I am so mad!!We as america need to do something about this crap.I have a german shepherd and if anyone comes to my door saying "you must surrender you dog"I'll say "How about surrendering your dignity when my german shepherd bites it off!" bol.Sorry...rude humor,but that is so ridiculous.Irritating.

MASTIFFS? Why?!?! Goodness, my dad has two mastiffs (one a purebred, the other mixed with Dane), and they're the sweetest pups ever! Granted that they can slobber quite a lot, I see nothing dangerous! Geez, they'll even let me hug, kiss, wrestle with, and use them as pillows! I think that this is more ridiculous than banning pugs!

We've invited the goverment to butt in to almost every aspect of our life. We ask them to make laws about how much we are paid, how much time off we get, what we watch on television. We repeatedly ask them to take care of us (which isn't there job and never was supposed to be). So it doesn't shock me that it has come to this really. It ticks me off to no end, but we basically asked for it and it won't stop until people wake up. People asked for this, they don't look at ways to prevent issues they just want the goverment to fix them and we end up with proposed and passed laws such as this...Until we stand up and say america is great because of it's freedom and not it's goverment you can expect this and worse!!

List of 75 Banned or Restricted Dogs

Where are these dogs banned? After looking at the list and seeing dogs like 22. BOSTON TERRIER , 45. GOLDEN RETRIEVER , 55. LABRADOR RETRIEVER ,and 63. PUG I would just wonder why ALL dogs are not banned???? please....
and what the heck are 61. PRESA DE CANARIO , 62. PRESA DE MALLORQUIN ?????

Just remember...some of these breeds are banned in places because of their size. It has nothing to do with aggression or behavior. Some are also banned because of their breed tendancies. For example, we were banned from an apartment building because supposedly shelties bark alot.shrug I'm kidding, I know as a breed they tend to, but Buddy knows the "hush" command.
Along with the list of breeds banned, there should be an explanation provided as to why they are banned, and in which places they are banned. As is, this list just says that these particular breeds are banned somewhere for some reason but doesn't give the reason.
