is it ok to feed my dog salmon?

I was wondering If I can feed cooked salmon to my tobs tobs. We've been feeding him fish based kibble and he is doing good on it. But I recently read it could also be beneficial to feed him salmon I thought I read somewhere that this is toxic for dogs. Because of his allergies they shaved his butt area and now his hair is growing and we want it to grown shiny and healthy like he's had it his whole life smile
he's my handsome fella and want to keep him like that

It's raw salmon that can be dangerous.

Not all raw salmon is dangerous. Many raw feeders give salmon frequently.

Isn't it the bone in salmon that's dangerous and not the salmon itself? thinking

Salmon is used in many kibbles. Especially kibbles for dogs with sensitive systems. Sandy has a sensitive system and she gets salmon a lot. She loves it. dancing

The bones are typically fine (raw). The type of salmon raw feeders are generally advised to be wary of is Pacific Northwest Salmon.
