This was the hardest thing I ever had to do. When I lost my Jake, Joey, and Nari from poisoning- it just about killed me.

But all I can say is, when they are ready to go- there's this look they get in their eyes that you will never forget.

It sound sounds like Byron has a tick. Check his whole body and deep down in his ears. The tick causes diarrhea, weight loss and anorexia. This is also caused by worms. Is Byron's diarrhea black or bloody? Give him glutamine powder, this will stop all the weight loss, diarrhea and anorexia, this is the best supplment to give him.

The B12 shot the vet gave him caused a 180-degree turnaround! Yesterday afternoon and today have been amazing. Eating enthusiastically, playing, sassing me... I know it's probably just a short rally, but we'll take it. Great days are great days! The vet said B vitamin deficiency is common and created by a lot of diseases, so Byron will get the shots regularly now as long as they work. I'm also adding a B supplement to his regimen. I won't give up before he's ready.

That's fantastic! Like you said - a great day is a great day, another twenty-four hours of good times to enjoy and memories you'll always have. Here's hoping the good times will continue to roll!

Glutamine powder is the best supplement for him. Colloidal Silver would be good for him to. Many people say Colloidal Silver is toxic to dogs, NO it is not. It will heal them, I give it to my dogs every morning. I drop 3-4 drops in there water and 2 drops in there mouth. What are you feeding Byron right now? If he has an upset stomach then give him Acidophilus, this will calm his stomach, allowing him to eat. Are you giving him worm pills? Is he straining to pee or poop? If he is still not eating, then give him some cheese or yogurt, you can also give him a spoon of peanut butter, you can give him beef hotdogs or anything that would be good for him to have. This will make him eat, this is what you give a dog when they have anorexia. Please try the Colloidal Silver, Acidophilus and Glutamine Powder. You can also give him Flax Seed Oil for Animals. This is really good for older dogs to have, this will also help him. I would try all these products, if you really want to help him, then stick with these supplements. Specky is 13 years old and I give Acidophilus when his tummy hurts, like I said I give them all these supplements. I give him his Actipet vitamins for arthritis this year and he hasn't had any arthritis this year, he is 13 years old, but he acts like he is 2 years old!
