	I would not give up on a Sheltie. I know many agility/obedience Shelties that are confident, bold, outgoing dogs. At the same time, they are sensitive dogs who need to decide to bond with their people. I can imagine a period of great unhappiness when they change families. They bond to a place as well as to people, so moving is hard on them. If you find the right Sheltie, you won't be disappointed. You will become their life.
