	I LOVE Lundehunds, but unfortunately the breed has some health issues. Had a Berger Picard puppy at work recently, she was a cutie. As for breeds I'm in love with...I'd say Saluki, Alaskan Klee Kai, Canaan Dogs, and also maybe Chinese Cresteds. I've got a soft spot for Malinois too, but that's mostly because my co-worker has one and she's such a lovely girl...buuuut I don't think most Malinois are inclined to snuggle and try and sit on your lap like she is (well, only if she likes you).

	Im pretty much obsessed with English Bull Terriers. I wanted one so badly, but had to wait until i had a back garden big enough. It has proven to be one of the best decisions i have ever made. They , as a breed are everything i could have hoped for.

	Because I live in Mexico and met a beautiful big Xoloitzcuintli at a spay-neuter clinic where I volunteer, I have become obsessed with her. She's ugly enough to be cute (something like the SharPei and English Bulldog in that sense), and has such a gentle personality. However, I am in my mid-sixties and know I couldn't lift a Xoloitzcuintli if she got sick (like I'm doing with my 14-yr-old Standard Poodle now), so I always revert back to the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, a breed I showed back in the 80s and 90s. Quite a difference between the breeds, but if I had a dozen servants to care for the dog, I'd go for a big one. Since I don't, a smaller breed is on my horizon, I think. 	I don't have a lot of upper body strength anymore, so I'm afraid my lovely Rottweilers and GSDs, Shilohs and all the other big dogs I'd love to have are pretty much out for me. I had my heart stolen by a bunch of little bandits of the Chinese Crested variety recently, though, so it's okay. And I saw a Xolo in the Westminster Dog Show this year, and all I could think was, What an elegant dog! Oh, S.Zulu....Xolos also come in toy size....
