I took a call the other day at the Humane Society from a man asking if we ever had Boston Bulldogs in. I had never heard of them, and told him we never got them in. He said they were pretty rare and definitely not Boston Terriers. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they a breed?

Probably some over bred designer mutt...
Either that, or someone might be a little loupy. You know, like people who think that mini collies and mini dobies are a breed. Did say it was a mix?

Yeah, "designer dog" was my first thought, too. Possibly a Boston/Frenchie mix.

Well Id avoid a designer breed BUT Ive heard some reputbale breeders refer to the boston terrier as teh boston bull as in actuality thery are supposedy closer to a bully breed then a terrier breed

I had an Olde Boston Bulldog in one of my puppy classes. According to the owner, they are the dogs that the Boston Terrier originated from, not a designer breed at all. The dog was lovely, not as exaggerated as many BTs I've seen and had a nice temperament.
