	I just recently found out that a local pet store have started selling Powder puff Chinese Cresteds for $499. I actually started crying when I heard it. I feel that Cresteds are a very special breed. They are the dog world's best kept secret, they haven't been totally overbred and ruined---yet. I fear that the breeder that sold her puppies to the pet store was very careless in her breeding as well. I feel helpless with this issue. I want people to continue to see my dogs and ask, "What is it". Now everyone is going to know what they are. Mostly what I'm afraid of is some kid, or anyone, seeing only a cute puppy, and not knowing ANYTHING about the breed!!
