I have my puppy on Eukanuba, and she occasionally has terrible gas and the occasional upset tummy. I'm trying to find something else to put her on, but I need to find something to fit my budget as well. The breeder initially had her on ProPac, but that gave her gas and runny poo as well. The Eukanuba has done slightly better with her, but I'd still like to find something better. Reading this thread has helped. I'm gonna try a few of these suggestions! I hope the OP has some luck with them, too!

Hi. Remember when the poison dog food from China came out and all our beautiful dogs who ate it died? I do. So when I got my Lucy, I was scared to feed her commercial dog food for almost 3 years! I cooked her chicken and rice. All my friends and her fans started calling her fat. Especially after she had pups and the girls were so much smaller than her. Occasionally she would have the runs and finally my vet whom I ve taken all my animals too for 40 years asked exactly what was I feeding Lucy and when I told him he told me to put her on dog food. So she now eats Iams kibble, the natural kind in the brown bag. Recently this month I bought her the one with the pro bionics in it and she does not like it and is eating the cat's kibble which is indoor outdoor purina kibble because that is the only kind that does not make the cat throw up. Now Lucy looks like she has dandruff. I am hoping she just needs a bath but we are going to get that bath in a minute and then walk to town to see how she dries out. I know this thread is inactive but I just wanted to mention the food situation here.
