|While I understand and appreciate your commitment to her, I don't think you realize that a puppy that young growling and warning a person off, and even biting is an extremely bad sign. It's very uncommon for pups that young to have strong feelings like that, and it likely is a sign of things to come. It is very possible she will be a behavioral challenge for the rest of her life, potentially alienating you from other friends and family members. Not trying to be harsh, but I want you to know what you could potentially be in for. We have two puppies at work now who were doing this at your pup's age, and now at about 6 months they're walking piranhas. Sweet as punch when they want to be, but have inflicted serious wounds on those who even try to just put a leash on them. I would contact a certified behaviorist and get into positive puppy classes immediately.
Also, you cannot correct growling, and please do not try. Growling is a warning. If you teach her not to growl, she will learn to bite without warning.
