It started raining last night after what was a most beautiful fine Easter weekend here.
At first it was that fine misty rain, and I didn't think anything much about it as I lay on top of the roof of my doggy kennel in my run.
Mommy and daddy came home from being out, and we were all put to bed in our crates for the night.
I snuggled up in my sleeping bag with my head on my teddy and drifted into the most peaceful sleep.

I really love my teddy. He's a black and white panda bear. While I like my personal doggy crate and I sleep quite happily in it when we're away camping at dog shows, I have never been that happy sleeping in it for the whole night at home since we started having all those awful earthquakes. So, mommy bought this natural stuff that she sprays on my teddy every night before I go to bed, and it makes me feel very happy inside. I don't mind sleeping in my crate as long as I have my teddy there with me.

We were all woken up at about 2am this morning by the noise of the rain pouring down onto the roof of our house. It was so loud it even woke Howard Jr up!

Daddy got up at 5am and put Freddie and our S/Vallhund boarder Nixxy out into the yard, where they promptly ran to one of the kennels and have been lying in the doorway watching the rain ever since.
The rest of us cried to be let out to play in the rain, and when mommy got up she did let us out in it.
"You'll want to come back inside soon enough," she told us.
Mommy was right, cause my doggy run hasn't had the new lot of stones and crusher dust put into it for the winter. My doggy run has some very large puddles of water in it.

I had my breakfast and I'm back inside now cuddled up in my sleeping bag with my head on my teddy. I'm sure mommy sprayed some more stuff on my teddy cause he smells so good I decided to lick him a whole lot before I close my eyes and have my morning nap.
