Bad neighbor dog!

The bad neighbor dog is after me again. Mom chased him out of our yard twice today and told the neighbor to keep him out. He bit both Mandy and me in the past and 2 people. He is suppose to be out with a muzzle and never is. The neighbors recently bought a bull mastif pup, like they need another dog.
