Arrival Story:
My husband and I went motorcycle riding one Saturday (in AZ) and ended up about 100 miles from our house. We stopped in a little town where they were having a Swap Meet, and there was a couple that had a litter of about 8 puppies, giving them away for free. I had to go look at them, and Maggie was the first female I saw, she had one blue and one brown eye. She was about 6 or 7 weeks old then. We drove all the way back the next day and took her home. She now is about 21 weeks old as of May 1st, and weighs 30 pounds already. The only history I have on her is info from the couple I got her from - they said the mom was a beagle, and the dad was some kind of shepherd. I don't know where the blue eye came from, but it makes her unique! She also has a black mark on her tail, in the shape of a heart!
