 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: March 30th 2003
Likes: Her body in motion! Belly rubs, sleeping at Mom's feet, snacks, giving kisses and wet willies, and sleeping on the waterbed with Mom and Dad!!

Pet-Peeves: Sharing her toys, having the top of her head petted, strangers coming to the house.

Favorite Toy: Stuffed animal (unknown creature!) that makes weird noises when squeezed.

Favorite Food: Likes anything but especially liver treats and "Catchum & Chewum" snacks.

Favorite Walk: Anywhere Mom and Dad go, and to the video store!

Best Tricks: Looking cute!

Arrival Story: While hunting for a search and rescue dog, a friend recommended I contact a friend who had an Aussie to be placed in a home where it would "have a job". Things worked out; Toodie liked us and we liked her so she came home with us from New York to Pennsylvania.

Bio: Toodie is used to the show ring, but is now learning the ropes as a Search & Rescue dog.

It's been a very long time since my last entry. In fact, it's been a very long time since I even logged on to the Dogster website....
BUT! Happy Mother's Day to all mothers out there, human and k9! I consider myself a mother, even though I've never given birth. I have "babies" that I take care of, plus I take care of Tristan and the cats, not to mention Mom and Dad.
At any rate, after writing diary journals for quite some time, I simply lost interest after reading some of the entries that some "popular" dogs were writing...don't ask me why, as that really shouldn't affect my writing, but I found it very discouraging.
I will make a feeble attempt to update my diary on a more regular basis these days. Perhaps I can once again write daily entries like I did long ago....
Kisses and Wet Willies!

So there's Dad, perusing the newspaper after supper tonight when he comes upon an article that generates much discussion between Mom and Dad.
It seems the high school where the pups went has allowed a female wrestler on the "boys' wrestling team". Mom and Dad are all about equal rights and that sort of thing, but this particular situation has probably caused a lot of emotional damage to said girl's recent opponent. Apparently this 103 lb. senior girl managed to defeat her 103 freshman (I think it was) male opponent. Glorious for the girl, but how humiliating for that poor boy! Can you imagine what just happened to his self-esteem? How all of his buddies must be laughing at him and taunting him? Not too many freshman boys are anywhere near as mature (physically and mentally) as a senior girl. Somehow this whole situation seems wrong...
And all of this coming from ME, alpha bitch over a dog!! I don't really think Tristan is at all harmed mentally by the the fact that he's my underling...he doesn't care as long as I keep his ears cleaned out and his face washed (along with other body parts that humans tend to find a little...disgusting).
So, I hope that unfortunate boy is able to suck up his defeat and take it like a dog...or at least take it like Tristan, who is just oblivious and happy as a lark with his shortcomings.

Oh my goodness!!!!! For the first time this winter, we're actually getting a bunch of snow! Something more than 1/4 inch, if you can believe that! I love the snow!!! I like to just flop down in front of the gate or on the little hill in the yard so I can survey my kingdom, and just let the snow pile up on me. We've got about a two inch accumulation now. Schweet.
Kisses and Wet Willies!
