My big brother Buddy left today. He was sick for quite a while and he said he was miserable and unhappy. He sat on Mom's lap but he couldn't stay cause he was so uncomfortable. He loved Mom so much that I knew when he didn't stay on her that he was really sick. Mom and Dad took Buddy to the vet and he didn't come home with them. Mom cried all afternoon and I tried to stay close to make her feel better. I promised Buddy I would watch over her for him. Buddy was a good brother. He welcomed me here and shared his parents, home and family with me. I will miss my big brother.
