2012!

Rupert here...Irwin and I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy & Safe New Year!! Bring on 2012!!!

Back to Normal...

Irwin here...You know, I thought that I would be sad when my mom broke-up with her boyfriend, but, it's strange, I'm not: I'm happy to have my mom back. I know, I know, I was really good friends with Matt (mom's ex), but, for some reason, I can now relax. I can't explain it, but I am just happy things are finally back to normal.

There is no place like home...

Rupert here....I'm home from the vet! I was sooooo happy to see my mom; I just can't tell you. I lost my bark. Guess how??? I will be on meds for a couple of weeks, but I have a feeling that I am going to be just fine. I am just happy to be home.

Night at the Vet...

Rupert here...My mom dropped me off at the vet today. Apparently, I have a abscess on one my anal glands and it needs to be cut open and drained...I was scooting on my butt and my mom noticed and automatically took me to the vet. She gave me lots of kisses and said " I will see you in the morning"...

It's been how long.....Wow! That's a long time.....

Rupert here....I know, I know...It has been awhile since my last entry. Lets just say that I have been quite busy. You see, my mom has someone new in her life and, apparently, Irwin really likes him. They seem to get along great.

My mom has been working here and there, but nothing steady. She seriously seems to be stressing out about it. I hate seeing her that way. Looks like summer is around the corner and lots work is on it's way as well....YEAH!!!! Well, sort of....My mom will be gone a lot, but at least she will be happy. I will miss her, but she does come home everyday to see us.

Summer Weight Loss

Rupert here...Summer is now over and my mom is back home. I am really beginning to hate Summertime; every year I seem to loose weight when my mom is not here. I seem to worry that she may not be coming back. She always reassures me, but when she's not here I just can't help but worry. I do have some good new though, my mom lost some weight too. Looks like she worries as well.

Rupert here...I know that it has been awhile since the last entry, but things have been quite hectic around here...Over the weekend some of my Pup Pals passed away and I just can't believe it. The way they died has me sick to my stomach and it makes me wonder what type of person/persons would do something like that. I sure hope they catch whomever is responsible. Now You See Her; Now You Don't...

Rupert here...Well, mom did warn me that April was going to be a crazy month and she wasn't kidding; one minute she's there and the next she's gone again. I want to know, where does she go? What does she do and why can't I go with her? Actually, Irwin is wondering the samething. Maybe one of these days we will get our answers...

Colored Eggs??

We are wishing everyone out there a very Happy Easter!! Stay away from chocolate; however, try to enjoy the ham (if your mom & dad say that it's ok) and don't eat the eggs with the shell on (get someone to peel them for you first).

Working Mom!

Rupert here...My mom has been coming going a lot lately. She is home every morning, but then she is gone again. Then home in the afternoon and she's off again. She says that she's working, but, everytime she comes home I smell other dogs. I know that she attempted to explain this to me once before, but I think now I am beginning to understand...I just miss her when she's not here.
