Arrival Story:
We adopted Diablo from the SPCA in December when he was 6 months old. At that point, we thought he was a purebred White German Shepherd, but as he has grown and developed, it is quite clear that he is actually a hybrid - most likely White German Shepherd/Arctic Wolf. His eyes are yellow-gold, his body shape, fur, and behaviors are more consistent with that of a wolf.
Diablo has the sweet, even temperament of the White Shepherd, but he is very wary around strangers. We love him and he is a wonderful pup!
