They found out that two puppies were too much for them, and advertised Leroy (then Dexter) for sale.
When I heard where he came from, I nearly turned him down, but decided to go and have a look afterall - and ofcourse fell totally in love... Bio: Leroy is the most exceptionally calm puppy I have ever owned or known, and in that respect, I guess he fits the breed description. He gets along well with other dogs and is actually showing an interest in obedience training.
July 20th 2010: After a two month battle against immune-mediated polyarthritis, I could no longer watch my little dog suffer.
He brought us so much joy while he was here, but his health deteriorated slowly but surely, at first unnoticeable until finally he could hardly walk and would whimper every time he moved.
