1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups wheat germ
1/2 cup corn meal
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups water
vegetable spray- garlic flavored
preheat oven to 375 degrees
Dissolve bouillon cube in warm water
combine flour, wheat germ, corn meal, eggs, oil, garlic, and water.
Spray to cake pans with spray oil and sprinkle with flour.
Bake for 50 minutes.
After removing from oven turn upside down and let cool. Makes two small cakes.
