Time flies when you have fur! Tomorrow is class number five, and I didn't even report back on class #4! Well, daddy came with me and mom to class for the first time last Sunday. It was so great to have BOTH mom and dad there with me! I was a genius dog with the tricks, as usual! We worked on 'leave it' (I'm a natural), 'stay' (I'm a natural), and socialization (no comment). Mom turned me around and held me with my bottom to the other dogs!!! They sniffed me and I didn't die! It was okay. We sat around in a circle with other dogs and owners and I laid down and showed my belly. If you think I'm scary, you should see a mom when her baby is in danger! I know my mom will protect me. Then mom took another dog (wait, that's not me!!) and a nice lady took my leash and we walked up and down the aisles! Oh, where's mom? At least I was able to walk!! Whew. That was some exercise. I was really happy to get my mama back! I did not snap at one single dog near me that day!! Hooray! That's huge progress. I also let three strangers pet me!!! That's a FIRST! You know, maybe strangers aren't always mean after all... I dunno....

Dad bought us new water bowls! They are waterfalls! Dad should come to class more often! I like to drink from the waterfall! It makes me feel like a wild dog in the forest or something!

Mom has been saying I look like the big bad wolf today! She says, 'Oh Gramma, your eyes are so big!' and I say, 'The better to see you with, my dear!' She's funny. She says she'd dress me up like a grandma if she could. Maybe that's what I can be for Halloween!!
