I have been feeling much better now that I am on thyroid medication. I’m playing a lot with my stuffies and have even been picking on Coco Rose to get her to play with me which really doesn’t take too much effort on my part because Coco loves to play. Every morning I run and choose a favorite stuffie of the day and toss it up in the air and then chase after it when it land on the ground. I run and run around the dining room table having a great time. Momma and daddy were watching me this morning and were saying I was being a silly boy – BOL, BOL
I have to go back to the vet for another blood test sometime this month to make sure my thyroid medication is at the right dosage but momma thinks it looks like I have lost some weight already which will help me feel more comfortable since my tummy is still extended from my liver failure. Momma found the neatest dog tag on EBay yesterday for me it is a medical alert tag that will have my name, phone number and also list that I have liver failure on it. Should I get lost it will help someone reunite me with my family and tell them that I am a sick little guy. Coco is getting a pretty pink and silver flower with her name and phone number on it. This vendor also had some really cute tags for the kitties like a fish bowl or a bird cage which momma will order later on.
It’s been raining off and on down our way today so we are up on the big bed getting ready to take a nice nap. Daddy was in the living room reading a book about Santa Fe house plans but I guess it was not very interesting because he is now snoring away on the sofa – BOL, BOL
Everyone except for the kitties are excited about moving to New Mexico but it will be a while before we actually do so because there is still a lot of work to be done on the new property before we can even consider having a house built there. If it starts to snow early then daddy will not be able to get anything done out there for the remaining portion of the year and we will be forced to wait until next year before getting the well dug and other things accomplished. Daddy said he would go out there and camp – yeah, right – I’ll believe that when he actually does it – BOL, BOL. I don’t think he would survive without a TV, but that’s just my opinion.
My Momma finks dat my Dadda cood NEBER surbibe wifout a teebee an' it makeses hur nutzo. Bud it r how him wewaxes when him geds home fwum werk.
Why yur kitties nod 'cited 'bout moobin', Puff?
My kitties don't like to be in a carrier or in the car. Even taking them to the vet results with them screaming their silly heads off the whole trip. When the humans moved from Oceanside to their current home both screamed and screamed the whole way. Momma always gets stuck having to have them in her car because daddy says she can turn her ears off and not listen to them but driving across country without being able to hear is not something momma wants to do.
If yu can bewiebe it, my bery own pawents usta hab a kitty, tu. Him HATED goin'intu hims carrier cuz him knowded where him wuz goin' - tu da bet's obbice!! :D
I r gwad yu r feewin' bedder, Puff ♥
The vet can probably give the kitties some relaxing medicine that makes them travel better- or else I can come and kitty-sit them. (Don't be mad if I really do SIT on them!)
Camping? Ok for your daddy, but surely you're not interested in that right? I like the conveniences of, hhmm, let's see, I think most conveniences are for the humans so maybe we could survive in the great outdoors camping. So long as you get a bed, your stuffies, and a roof over your little head. On second thought, let your daddy go camp out and you stay home with your momma, yea, much better plan!
The new tag you're gettin' sounds really cool, but hopes ya never needs to use it!
Minnie - I think I will ride in the truck with daddy when momma has to drive the kitties to New Mexico - BOL, BOL Momma thought about having them sedated but then decided they would probably shut up after a couple of hours of riding in the car and if not, she could turn up the volume on the CD player. All I can say is it will be a L O N G 10 hour trip.
Chance - I have no intention of camping out there because there are really BIG biting ants, deer, elk, bobcats and mountain lions that roam the land so it's best that I am not outside alone. Momma mentioned that she has some concerns about daddy sleeping outside and he told her that he knew what he was doing. I'm willing to bet that he goes and gets a motel room someplace - BOL, BOL
Pepper - The new tag even has some crystals on it - cool!!!!
Zaidie - Thank you, I'm feeling much better: can't wait for your next MEATZ Party!!!
Glad your meds are helping you feel better!
glad you are feeling better, I go camping with my parents sometimes when they take me...
