This is my very first Thanksgiving with my furever family and I am so excited because I have a lot to be thankful for:
I’m very thankful that someone loved me enough to turn me into the animal rescue group so that I could be adopted out to a family that could love and take care of me. I admit I was very scared because I didn't know what was going on especially after someone adopted my doggy sister and left me behind at the rescue group. I was scared and lonely and wondered what was going on. All things worked out though because I now have another doggy sister Coco Rose and most of the time we get along really well as long as I ignore her fussing in my face and I have a human momma and daddy. Oh yeah, I also have a bunny sister Arleenton.
I also have wonderful friends that I met on Dogster. During my illness many fellow Dogsters came to my aid with words of encouragement and suggestions. I love you all and want to wish you the happiest of Thanksgiving to each and everyone.
Got to go because momma is cooking and I am supervising (there will be NO stinkin diet for me today).
Stay well, little dude.
Bukka and I got elk meat last week- I ate an elk! Mom told her roomer it was OK to give it to us- thanks, Mom!
Josh, fueled by elk
I forgot to say that I am also thankful that I never experienced having Porcupine quills in my face - BOL, BOL. I love you Josh glad you enjoyed the elk. Did you get the "bully stick"?
Awwwwww... the first thanksgiving at your furever home just makes it so much more extra super special!!! *hugs*
Puff, buddy, I got to agree with you. This forever home stuff is pretty sweet! And about the quills? Whatever you said, goes for me too!
We both got flat bully sticks on T day- what, no more elk??
Josh, glad I don't have any more quills, either
I'm glad you have a nice furever home in which to enjoy TurkeyKilling Day. I am also very thankful that you are my pal. I hope you are feeling better.
