Saturdays are no longer fun at my house. For the last three Saturdays I have had to go to a vet. Coco and I are on a health care plan but because momma is upset with our first vet, she switched us to a new vet at a different location (same health care plan). Anyhoodle, the new vet discovered that one of my hind kneecaps pops out of it's socket and will probably will need repairing down the road. She has put me on a new medication to stop my liver from bleeding. She said it works like an internal bandage. The lady vet noticed that my cholestrol was so high that she could not even get a reading so she is guessing that I have a thyroid problem and that is why I have gained all the weight but this can only be verified with additional test. Momma said we would do them after the holidays are over.

Momma is not going to go back to vet number 1 who never did call in regards to my blood test.

Vet number two who is really close to the house will be used for all procedures and special care that the health care plan does not cover.

Vet number three will be used for blood test, shots and teeth cleaning which are covered under the plan.

Did you begin to eat Puff ? We hope that your mom found a way to make you eat your food. You have to eat if you want to get better. We love you XOXOXO

I hope you are feeling better. There are pet insurance plans that let you go to any vet. Your Mommy might want to check into other plans since the first vet sounds awful.

Momma and daddy are taking good care of me and both feel the new lady vet knows what she is talking about. I did eat some boiled chicken breast and it was yummy. Momma just gave me my night time pill so I think I'll lay down on the daybed and watch The Wizard of Oz. Thank you all for your concern and kind words.
