Easter

Today was my first Easter in my furever home and I have to say I liked it a whole lot. I got a new toy, and helped momma in the kitchen as she cooked. I enjoy being the offical taster but momma says that has to stop because I have gained a little weight. Starting tomorrow we are all on a diet except for Bay-Ling my kitty sister and Coco Rose because neither one of them are fat.

Momma also say I have to start sleeping in the "big boy bed". She can call it what she wants but it is nothing more than a crate with a mattress in it. So far I have won the battle and always end up in bed with momma. I cry, bark and toss around when I am put in the crate. Usually I wait until momma falls asleep before I start. Momma says she needs sleep and I am preventing her from getting a good nights sleep. Does she think I get a good nights sleep when I am in the crate?
