Sweet little Leena was an impound stray who had given up on life and curled into a ball in her cube at the shelter. She was covered in matts, fleas and her nails had grown into her paw pads. You couldn't see her face & her mouth was in bad shape. She has since gone to the groomer and had to have all her fur shaved off. Leena also had a much needed dental & only has 8 teeth left! Because of her infected teeth she's been on antibiotics and expect to continue that for a couple more weeks. You can finally see a little dog with a face and eyes, now that she's stylin' ;^) She's perked up a lot and continues to improve daily. Leena's not a hyper dog but a sweet little girl who likes to snuggle and be by your side. Leena is about 8 years old and would make a non-demanding, faithful & loving companion. She is currently in a foster home and gets along with her foster mom's cat.
