We was only doing what comes natural and knowed Spike woulda done the same thing if he were here too. You see there was this little birdie in the bushes that we was trying to get, but mom didn't appreciate our ridding the yard of the little fellow. We were only doing what comes natural when mom says fur us to get out of the bushes and leave it alone. The little fella ran right out onto the pool cover. Good thing it was still on the pool or he woulda drowned fur sure. Mom told us to get away from the area so she could flush him back to his pawrents who was squawking on the fence. Well, if them pawrents don't want us messing with they babies then they'd better find another place to build their nest! Anyhoo, baby bird is still somewhere in the bushes. We'll look fur him again tomorrow while mom's not watching us. BOL!! Not sure when that will be cuz she's always watching us.

I'm a great bird hunter myself. So far by Mum's count I've caught 2. (I don't know how to count yet. Maybe I'll learn that if i go back to skool.)

I know guys sometimes it is easier to catch the bird than to try and sneak it past the Momma. They always get so upset when we hunt. You think they would be pleased that we want to keep our yards free of pests and that flying poo of theirs. Keep trying sometimes the Mommas get busy and than you get your chance. :)
